View Cart – Click the cart icon or “View Cart” to review your order.
Proceed to Checkout – Select the “Proceed to Checkout” option.
Login or Register – If you have an account, log in. If not, enter your details to register.
Complete Payment – Choose a secure payment method via WooCommerce and finalize your purchase.
Order Confirmation – A download link will be sent to your email immediately after successful payment.
How to Access Your Order?
After completing your purchase:
Click “View your orders” to go to the Downloads page. Download all the files linked to your order. A separate download notification email will be sent (different from transaction emails).
Tip: Since this is a digital product, we recommend saving the files to your hard drive.
Having trouble with your download link? Contact us, and we’ll resend a new link. Our support is available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UTC+8).
How Long Does It Take to Receive the Download Link?
Instantly! Your download link is sent immediately after payment confirmation.
If you experience any issues, we’ll update and provide a new link ASAP. Please note that our working hours follow GMT +8.
