Module 2: Ban Bloat & Indigestion With Herbs, Spices & Practices to Heal Your Gut Lining (March 26)

Mental, emotional, and physical stress… processed foods and pesticides… all take aim at the health of the upper digestive system.
This includes the coordinated effort of the stomach’s ability to make the right amount of acid to break down proteins, the liver’s ability to make ample bile to emulsify fats, and pancreatic and duodenal enzymes to ensure the complete breakdown and detoxification of our food and toxins.
Dr. John will troubleshoot impairments of each of these upper digestive functions and suggest diet, herbs, spices, exercises, and breathing techniques to restore optimal function of each aspect of your upper digestion.
