This course is designed to take anyone from general environmental advocates to experienced speakers and train them to powerfully communicate the concept of regeneration and the importance of building healthy soil. The result will be an interconnected dynamic group of world changers equipped to create new conversations and new actions that go beyond just promoting emissions reductions or sustainability. We will expand on what regeneration means and show how humanity can rebalance our climate, restore water cycles, and rebuild our soil. This solution oriented group will be equipped to usher in a new view that shifts the actions and outcomes of our future.

This 7-week seminar is designed to create more “Kiss The Ground Ambassadors” as well as general soil advocates (if you choose not to affiliate officially with KTG). Participants will focus on familiarizing themselves with the concepts of soil formation and its unique position as the source of life as we know it on planet earth. With healthy soil as a basis, we will integrate a whole-systems and ecosystems approach. We will compare degeneration, sustainability, and regeneration. Because the focus of this course is also on becoming a better presenter, the class will spend approximately a third of the time (maybe more) working on techniques and building confidence in becoming a powerful and engaging speaker. Upon completion, you will have a profound and deep understanding of regenerative agriculture and soil health, as well as, a newfound confidence in presenting information to any size gathering.

Throughout this course we will be working to perfect YOUR presentation. This means finding your own voice and building your own toolbox of your favorite techniques that make your presentation work for you. We will have a guest speaker, a field trip or two (that we will be recorded and shared). There will be many opportunities to get to know your classmates a bit better through partner work.
