Generally the most difficult subject, after listening once or twice, will reach an amazing level of trance. This program is great for removing any fear of hypnosis that they may have.

Be aware that for most people while listening to this program they will go so deep that they become uncaring/unaware of their body. Because of this, use only in a bed or chair that fully supports your body. Failure to do this may cause you not to reach a great level of trance because you are worrying about falling.

Also, when you are being emerged through the use of a up-count, because of trance depth, you may find their is a delay of a few minutes in emerging. This is normal. Not to worry.
