I have made over $400 million in revenue from just knowing my buyers and giving them what their needs are over the past 50 years.
I was a millionaire before most of today’s Internet gurus were even born!
My old computer still has a mailing list with over 700,000 known buyer’s names and addresses on it. — The only problem with those buyers is “they only buy one at a time.”
There are a lot of promoters promoting this right now “niche” marketing. That’s where you find a “niche” … people who regularly buy a specific product or service. You then find or develop a product/service that people want. “niche” They might need or want. — When you have something they might want or need, you “sell” It to them. — But you still have to find the “buyers” – AND …
Like most of my 700,000. buyers, you can only “sell” They only sell one product or one service at once. It’s good money but it is also a great deal of work. — I still do it every day but …
My BIG MONEY has always come through a few hundred customers and a few good bargains each year.
I don’t have to “sell” They can do anything. They just need to know that I have the item they want.
Right now, there are probably 50-100 buyers who are just like them in your locality. I also know where you can find 200 more buyers, or more, with no effort. — You don’t have to “sell” They will do anything for you. You just need to tell them what you want. “buy” it from you – and – they usually won’t be buying just one of anything.
I had been doing this on my own for over 15 years when a friend of mine … doing much the same thing … suggested we pool our resources to increase our profits. Our individual incomes increased dramatically when we did. You would be amazed at the amount of fees we earned, but we never revealed what we were doing to anyone outside.
NOTE: Before I started writing this, I asked my ol’friend if I could use his name. He politely declined to let me use his name and asked me not. He will be identified only throughout this report. “my friend.” — He also agreed to allow me to tell YOU “what” He and I had done and “how” we had done it … something we had never revealed before (except to our kids and grandkids).
Later, we were joined by other men and women doing the same thing. — Our individual fortunes grew exponentially.
All of it “known buyers” my friend and I had, the other members of our group were forever amazed — but …
We never shared with anyone what we were up to or how it was going.
We took an oath never to tell anyone, but my friend is now retired and I ain’t getting any younger – so – with my friend’s permission, I am now revealing our long-The next generation of aggressive entrepreneurs will be the first to know about it.
Being an incurable entrepreneur, I used my money to buy a bank, a gold mine, a printing company, a coal mine, a steel fabrication business and a number of other businesses … all the while writing, printing and selling my own information about doing business and making money.
In our group, each member had a personal history. “known buyers” For a wide range of products and/or services. So, when one of us would come across a hot deal, we would simply share it with the others … then split the profits (sometimes to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars) when one of our “known buyers” bought.
As you can see, communication costs were high back then. Telex, Telephone and Overnight Delivery were all options. — My communication costs regularly ran from $1,000 to $2,000 PER MONTH. — It was costly and it limited our group to only those who could afford it.
Our expenses dropped when FAX machines became readily available in 1970s. However, the cost of a FAX machine still limited our group to those who could afford them – and not all of us had FAX devices back then. — My first FAX machine cost $2,700. Today, you can purchase a FAX machine for less than $100 that does more than my original one.
Recently, another old friend Of mine … a member or our group … telephoned me out-of-The-blue to see my most recent activities.
We reminisced about the good for around an hour.-ol’days, deals we had done, people we had known, money we had made, and airplanes we had owned. Then, he made an observation that really got my juices pumping. — He said …
